God and Science on Demand
God vs Science? - the new title of The God Question series, as marketed by distributors Flame - has been acquired by the aptly named ‘Curiosity Stream’ video on demand channel in the USA. Specialising in the categories Science, Technology, Civilisation and The Human Spirit, it is clear that a series which asks the big questions arising from contemporary science fits well with the company’s ethos. A monthly subscription fee gains viewer access to the advert-free programmes. With some exceptions, Curiosity Stream has negotiated non exclusive worldwide rights extending the potential viewership well beyond North America.
The founder of the company - John Hendricks - was also the founding father of Discovery Channel which proved so successful. The Science vs God? series will take its place alongside other high quality productions from Canada’s TV Ontario, Japan’s NHK, France’s ZED and BBC Worldwide.
